I assist with specific, time-consuming tasks such as offer writing, listing preparation, showing coverage, document delivery, and administrative support, all performed as a licensed Realtor under broker supervision. This flexible approach allows agents to get help where they need it most, without the huge commitment of hiring an hourly assistant.2. Why hire a LR/VA instead of handling everything yourself?Hiring a LR/ VA helps you protect your time and energy. Tasks like writing offers, preparing listings, coordinating showings, and managing documents can quickly take over your schedule. What types of services do you offer?Services are offered à la carte and may include:-Buyer offer writing/counteroffers (KW Chervenic Agents Only)
-Document and signatures acquisition & delivery to all parties via Dotloop
-Showing agent coverage and inspections coverage
-Listing input (KW Chervenic Agents Only)
-Assist with Listing prep for non-KW Chervenic agents

-Other miscellaneous administrative support customized to your needs.5. Do you handle MLS listing input?Listing support is provided in an MLS-compliant manner. I assist with listing input for agents of Keller Williams Chervenic Realty offices only, however, I assist non-KWC agents with listing prep including remarks writing, data organization, and document & photo coordination. Final MLS entry and submission are completed by the listing agent under their own MLS login, in accordance with MLSNOW and brokerage policies.6. Will you have contact with my clients?Yes, with your prior approval, I will only have as much contact as is necessary to fulfil the responsibilities of my role up to and includng the time of completion of those tasks previously agreed on. Client communication may include scheduling, updates, or task-specific coordination, and you will always be included or copied as appropriate. I do not replace the agent’s role — I support it.7. Will I be copied on all correspondence?Yes. Transparency is a priority. You will be included on all client and third-party correspondence related to the services you request.8. What if a deal falls through?Because services are provided on a per-task or limited-scope basis, you are only billed for the work completed. There are no long-term contracts or penalties if a deal does not move forward.9. Can you help if a transaction or listing is already in progress?Yes. I can step in at any point to assist with specific tasks such as offer revisions, listing preparation, showing coverage, or document support, provided the scope is clearly defined and compliant.10. How do I know what is being worked on?Communication is clear and straightforward. You will receive updates related to the services you request, and you are always welcome to reach out with questions. Since services are task-based, there is no ongoing dashboard unless otherwise arranged.11. Are my files and information kept confidential?Absolutely. All client and agent information is handled with strict confidentiality and professionalism.12. What are your hours of operation?Support is generally available Monday through Friday from 8am-8pm. Evening and weekend availability may be offered for services such as offer writing and showings, by prior arrangement.13. How much do you charge?Services are offered à la carte, allowing you to choose exactly what you need. Pricing varies by service, and a current price sheet is available upon request.
